The Monday afternoon collision on Lake Madison is the subject of an investigation by the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. Eighth-grader Emily Gorman of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, lost her life in a tragic watercraft accident while doing what she enjoyed most: unwinding on Lake Madison.

Funds are being raised for the Gorman family, who lost their daughter and sister, Emmy, in a tragic incident on Lake Madison on July 3rd, 2023. We are unsure how we are going to get through this, but we know Emmy is in Heaven with God.
